About Diversatek
Established in 2010, Diversatek Vietnam is part of the U.S.-based Diversatek Group, specializing in the manufacturing of advanced medical devices supplied to hospitals and healthcare organizations in the United States, including endoscopic systems and surgical instruments used in minimally invasive procedures.
Diversatek’s manufacturing and operational processes are required to strictly comply with ISO 13485 medical standards, while also maintaining the high level of precision and stability commonly demanded in the electronics industry.

Since 2024, Diversatek Vietnam has gradually become one of the group’s key manufacturing facilities with strong productivity and operational performance. In 2025, the company marked another major breakthrough by expanding with an additional factory and increasing in-house production of critical components to strengthen supply chain independence and long-term operational capability.

How ALC Supported Diversatek Vietnam
Staying true to ALC’s commitment to practical implementation and tailored solutions, our consulting team conducted on-site operational assessments and worked directly with the leadership team and department managers.
Based on the assessment results and management expectations, ALC implemented the following consulting activities:
- Consulting on the development of a “Problem Awareness Culture,” where each department builds the mindset and capability to identify issues early, viewing every problem as an opportunity for process improvement.
- Consulting and building competency management systems for the R&D, Quality, and Production departments, including skill matrices and capability training programs based on those competency frameworks.
- Consulting on effective daily startup meeting methods for production directors and shift leaders to improve communication, alignment, and operational responsiveness.
- Providing practical AI knowledge and applications for office teams to improve productivity and modern workplace efficiency.
