The founders of ALC are experts who previously held senior management positions at multinational corporations, with over 15 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, Lean, and supply chain management across various industries.
ALC recognizes
the challenges faced by small and medium-sized enterprises.
Many businesses have not yet had the opportunity to access internationally standardized operational management methods, Lean Manufacturing, and Operational Excellence practices.
The consulting fees of Big 4 firms are beyond the investment capacity of most small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.
Highly strategic consulting models sometimes face challenges during the implementation phase, especially when the factory’s internal team capabilities are still limited.
The number of consulting firms in Vietnam with deep hands-on, on-site practical experience remains limited.
